Columbia Housing will open the waitlist for:

Oak Park Townhomes located at 2431 Washington Street, Columbia, SC 29201.

Wednesday, October 11, 2023 - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Oaks at St. Anna's Park is the redevelopment of the former Gonzales Gardens public housing site and is a new mixed-income community that offers both affordable housing units with Project Based Vouchers and unrestricted Market Rate units. Oaks at St. Anna's Park has been developed under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.

Oak Park located at 2431 Washington Street, consists of 190-2 & 3-bedroom townhomes. Oak Terrace located at 1410 Lyon Street consists of 95-1 bedroom apartments for senior citizens age 62 or older.

You must meet income and family size requirements to qualify for these units.

Oaks at St. Anna's Park has been developed under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Former Gonzales Gardens residents as of December 15, 2015 will receive a preference if they wish to move back to the new community. Qualified former Gonzales Gardens residents as of December 15, 2015, will move to the top of the waiting list for the new units at the Oaks at St. Anna's Park.

** Up to 250 eligible applicants will be randomly selected using a computer-generated lottery system for placement on the waitlist. **

Interested persons can access the online application from any computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Free Wi-Fi access is available in the parking lots of most branches of the Richland County Public Library System.
