Columbia Housing will open the Moderate Rehabilitation (MOD_REHAB) wait list for:
- Four Seasons Apartments
Four Seasons Apartments are located in downtown Columbia on School House Road adjacent to Pinehurst Road. The apartments are under new ownership and management and have been fully renovated including new appliances, new vinyl plank flooring, new cabinets, new central heating/AC, and improved bathroom amenities. All units offer a spacious floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Applications are ONLY available electronically via the internet. The online pre-application and additional information are located at:

All completed applications will be accepted, however, only 500 pre-applications will be randomly selected using a computer generated lottery system.
This application is for rental assistance at Four Seasons Apartments ONLY. Applicants MUST reside at Four Seasons to receive rental assistance.
This application is NOT for the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
