Columbia Housing will open the Project Based wait list for:
Lorick Place Apartments located at 3800 West Ave., Columbia, SC 29203.
Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.
Lorick Place Apartments are newer energy-efficient, 2 and 3 bedroom units centrally located in Columbia, SC. Units include central HVAC, select private balconies & porches, spacious walk-in closets, washer/dryers, new appliances, garbage disposals, cordless mini-blinds, tankless hot water heaters, and much more!
This beautiful affordable community in the Colonial Heights neighborhood is located near downtown Columbia, I-20, I-26, and 277 allowing quick access to the University of South Carolina, Benedict College, and the Palmetto Health and Heart Hospitals.
Earlewood Park, which borders the neighborhood to the south, features a playground, an amphitheater, ball fields, basketball and tennis courts, and a disc golf course.

All completed applications will be accepted, however, only 500 qualifying, pre-applications will be randomly selected using a computer-generated lottery system to determine placement on the waiting list. Accepted applications MUST meet the criteria for a 2 or 3 bedroom unit.
This application is for rental assistance at Lorick Place Apartments ONLY.
Applicants MUST reside at Lorick Place to receive rental assistance.
This application is NOT for the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
