- 2 Persons - $33,600
- 3 Persons - $37,800
- 4 Persons - $41,950
Columbia Housing will accept online applications for Project-Based units at Four Seasons Apartments from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Thursday, March 14, 2024.
Four Seasons Apartments are located in downtown Columbia on Schoolhouse Road adjacent to Pinehurst Road. The apartments are under new ownership and management and have been fully renovated. All units offer a spacious 2-bedroom floor plan.
Pre-applications will only be available via the Internet and will only be accepted digitally.

Completing an application does not guarantee placement on the waitlist. Not all households who apply will be eligible. Applicants not selected in the lottery will not move forward in the process and will be notified by mail of their status along with applicants who do make the list. Up to 300 applications will be selected via random, computer-generated lottery for placement on the waitlist.
Waitlist lottery results are final and are not subject to appeal. Households not selected for this waitlist may reapply when the waitlist opens again. Information regarding the date, time, and place of future waitlist openings will be posted in advance on this website.

Interested persons can access the online application from any computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Free Wi-Fi access is available in the parking lots of most branches of the Richland County Public Library System.
