Resident Success Story - Henry Boykin

Henry Boykin who lives at Oak Read Highrise is adventurous and excited about life. But it hasn't always been that way.

Mr. Boykin lost his wife 12 years ago. He stopped taking care of himself and his health declined. All that changed after he met Shonda Jordan, the Senior Service Coordinator at Columbia Housing.

Shonda connected Mr. Boykin to healthcare services through the SeniorCare PACE Program at Prisma Health and he loves it. "I feel like I'm getting back to my old self," says Boykin.

Shonda can't say enough about how much the program is helping Mr. Boykin and other residents at the Highrise. "From health screenings to medical exams, food, medications, fun activities with transportation - the PACE Program offers so much."

Columbia Housing sends a HUGE THANK YOU to Prisma Health's SeniorCare Pace Program for this important partnership!
