Columbia Housing - Cayce Housing
Columbia, SC - The Housing Authority of the City of Columbia ("Columbia Housing") and the Housing Authority of the City of Cayce ("Cayce Housing") have postponed public hearings on its proposed 2020 Comprehensive Agency Plans and 5-Year Strategic Plans for FY 2020 - 2024 in response to complying with public health officials social distancing safety measures. The public hearings will be rescheduled for an as-yet-undetermined date.

FY 2020-2021 Comprehensive Agency Plan and 5-Year Strategic Plans for FY 2020-2024
The Housing Authority of the City of Columbia ("Columbia Housing") and the Housing Authority of the City of Cayce ("Cayce Housing") have completed their Comprehensive Agency Plans for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 and the 5-Year Strategic Plans for Fiscal Year 2020-2024.
The Plans may be accessed at the following locations:

The Plans will be available for a 45-day public comment period beginning February 24, 2020.
