The American Rescue Plan Provides Economic Stability for Families
In March of 2021, President Biden signed into law the American Rescue Plan, which continues to provide immediate relief to American families and communities. The American Rescue Plan is an investment in our kids, our families, and our economic future. Approximately 161 million payments of up to $1,400 per person have gone out to households, the Child Tax Credit increased from $2,000 per child to $3,000 per child for six years old and above, and $3,600 per child for children under six, and so much more. The Rescue Plan is projected to lift more than five million children out of poverty this year, cutting child poverty by more than half.

We invite you to join us on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, in a virtual conversation with tax expert Kadena Javis for an update on the economic benefits to families.

Wednesday, May 26, 2021 | 4:00 pm until 5:30 pm
