Lorick Place Apartments

Lorick Place Apartments are located at 3800 West Avenue, Columbia, SC 29203

Lorick Place Apartments are brand new, energy-efficient, 2 and 3 bedroom units centrally located in Columbia, SC. Units include central HVAC, select private balconies and porches, spacious walk-in closets, washer/dryers, new appliances, garbage disposal, cordless mini-blinds, tankless water heaters, and much more!

ADA Compliant, Handicap Accessible units available.

All completed applications will be accepted, however, only 300 qualifying, pre-applications will be randomly selected using a computer generated lottery system to determine placement on the waiting list. Accepted applications MUST meet the criteria for a 2 or 3 bedroom unit.

This application is for rental assistance at Lorick Place Apartments ONLY. Applicants MUST reside at Lorick Place to receive rental assistance.
