COVID-19 Resident Resources - Wateree Community Action, Inc. - Rental and Utility Assistance
WCAI is offering assistance to individuals or families who are at risk of losing housing, live in unsafe or unaffordable housing, or are homeless due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The program offers limited assistance with:
- Rent Payments
- Mortgage Payments
- Temporary Housing Payments
To qualify:
- Your household must be 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
- Your housing situation has been affected by COVIS-19
- You must participate in Income Management
There are 3 ways to apply:
Option 1:
- Download the application at www.wcai.org and mail it to: WCAI, 3220 Two Notch Road, Columbia, SC 29204
Option 2:
- Complete the application and submit online at www.wcai.org
Option 3:
- Pick up a copy of the application from a Columbia office and return it in the dropbox
