The Columbia (SC) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Delta House, Inc., and Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) are partnering with PRISMA HEALTH Midlands to provide FREE COVID-19 testing.

• WHEN: Saturday, November 7, 2020, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Where: Delta Life Development Center, 5307 Fairfield Road, Columbia, SC 29203
• What to Expect: Upon arrival, the collection site staff will register you for the test and receive consent from you to collect the sample via the updated "gentle" nasal swab process.
  Once collected, the sample will be prepared and sent for analysis; you will be notified of your results via the method indicated at registration.
  *All results are protected by federal and state privacy laws.
