Waiting Lists to Open Soon!

Columbia Housing will accept online applications for the following Public Housing properties Monday, December 18 - Wednesday, December 20, 2023, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm:

• Oak Read High Rise
  Only applicants 62 years of age will be eligible for Oak Read.
  Located at 2211 Read Street, Columbia, SC 29204.
  This community consists of efficiencies and 1-bedroom units.
  
  
• Arrington Manor
  Only applicants 50 years of age and older will be eligible for Arrington Manor.
  Located at 2225 College Street, Columbia, SC 29205.
  This community consists of 1-bedroom units.
  
  
• Rosewood Senior High Rise
  Only applicants 50 years of age and older will be eligible for Rosewood Senior High Rise.
  Located at 105 Rosewood Hills Drive, Columbia, SC 29205.
  This community consists of 1-bedroom units.
  
  
• Three Bedroom Public Housing Units
  Columbia Housing has public housing units located across the City of Columbia and Richland County. 3-Bedroom units are available in various locations.

Applications will only be available electronically via the Internet.

All completed applications will be accepted but only qualifying applicants for each property will be eligible.

Up to 500 eligible applicants will be randomly selected using a computer-generated lottery system for placement on the waitlist.

• 1 Person - $47,000
• 2 Persons - $53,700
• 3 Persons - $60,040
• 4 Persons - $67,100
• 5 Persons - $72,500
