CH to Open Public Housing Wait Lists

Columbia Housing will accept online applications for the following Public Housing properties on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm:

• Oak Read High Rise
  Only applicants 62 years of age and older will be eligible for Oak Read.
  Located at 2211 Read Street, Columbia, SC 29204.
  This community consists of efficiencies and 1-bedroom units.
  
  
• Arrington Manor
  Only applicants 50 years of age and older will be eligible for Arrington Manor.
  Located at 2225 College Street, Columbia, SC 29205.
  This community consists of efficiencies and 1-bedroom units.
  
  
• Lewis Scott Court
  CH is only accepting qualified applicants for 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units in this community.
  Located at 107 Lewis Scott Court, Eastover, SC, 29044.
  This community consists of 1, 2, 3, & 4-bedroom units.
  
  
• Cayce Housing
  There are 41 units located throughout the City of Cayce.
  This community consists of 2, 3, & 4-bedroom units.

Applications will ONLY be available electronically via the Internet.

Up to 250 eligible applicants per property will be randomly selected using a computer-generated lottery system for placement on the waitlist.

• 2 Persons - $51,600
• 3 Persons - $58,050
• 4 Persons - $64,500
• 5 Persons - $69,700
