Columbia Housing will accept online pre-applications for 3, 4, and 5 Bedroom, Public Housing Units.
Applications are ONLY available electronically via the internet. The online pre-application and additional information are available at:

All completed applications will be accepted, however, only 2,000 pre-applications will be randomly selected using a computer generated lottery system.
The Public Housing Program provides housing assistance for eligible low-income families, the elderly, or persons with disabilities. Public housing units are owned and managed by Columbia Housing and are located across the City of Columbia and Richland County.

- 2 Person - $29,050
- 3 Person - $32,700
- 4 Person - $36,300
- 5 Person - $39,250
- 6 Person - $42,150
- 7 Person - $45,050
- 8 Person - $47,950
