Twana Farmer, Community Manager - Joined Columbia Housing in 2020

I work in the affordable housing industry it allows me the opportunity to interact and connect with people from various walks of life. Each day brings a new challenge or goal to help someone complete their tasks. Helping others achieve their accomplishments is not only rewarding personally, but it also aids to the success of our organization as a whole.

The most rewarding thing about my work is not only, helping people start anew, but being an advocate and resource for the community as well as colleagues. I love being in a position where I am able to share to positive energy, a smile or an encouraging word to someone, whether in person or via email. Being able to help others in need is what drives my passion for this industry.
