I work in affordable housing because it dramatically improves the quality of life for our Residents. The long-term effects lead to better health, financial stability, and career growth, which improves the trajectory of the families we serve for generations to come.

The most rewarding thing about my work is seeing the transformations of the families we serve. Allowing them to be independent, productive, and proud of their accomplishments.
