I work in affordable housing because I love helping and encouraging the clients. We all work together for the good of the clients and show kindness to everyone.

The most rewarding part of my job is thinking you didn't explain things well or you've forgotten to say something that would ensure even a little hope, then the client encourages you with a thank you card or note expressing their appreciation for the time you took to help them understand or just listen.
