Voting season is upon us and while the 2024 Presidential Election is next year, there are several important elections coming up soon that we want to ensure our residents are aware of and have the information they need to participate in the voting process.
A special election to fill the District 19 seat vacated by the death of state Sen. John Scott is set for Jan. 2, 2024, a week before the 2024 legislative session starts. The primary will be October 24, 2023, followed by a primary runoff, if necessary, on November 7, 2023.
