Columbia Housing will accept online applications for the following Public Housing properties on Monday, October 25, 2021, from 9:00 and to 4:00 pm:

• Lewis Scott Court - Eastover
  Located at 107 Lewis Scott Court, Eastover, SC 29044.
  This community consists of 1, 2, 3, & 4-bedroom units.
  
  
• Cayce Housing
  There are 41 units located throughout the City of Cayce.
  This community consists of 2, 3, & 4-bedroom units.

Applications are ONLY available electronically via the Internet.

All completed applications will be accepted but only qualifying applicants for each property will be eligible.

Up to 500 eligible applicants will be randomly selected using a computer-generated lottery system for placement on the wait lists for Lewis Scott Court in Eastover.

Up to 200 eligible applicants will be randomly selected using a computer-generated lottery system for placement on the wait lists for Cayce Housing.
