Annual Plans Now Available!
Public Notice
The Housing Authority of the City of Columbia and the Housing Authority of the City of Cayce have completed their Comprehensive Agency Plans for 2020-2021 and 5-Year Strategic Plans for 2021-2025. The Plans may be accessed in the following locations:
Columbia Housing's Central Office located at 1917 Harden Street, Columbia, S.C., 29204 or online by clicking here.
The Plans will be available for a 45-day public comment period beginning February 24, 2020.
A public hearing to review the Columbia plan will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at 5:30 PM at the Cecil Tillis Center located at 2111 Simpkins Lane, Columbia, S.C. 29204.
A public hearing to review the Cayce plan will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 5:00 PM at Cayce City Hall.
