Serving Senior Residents of Columbia Housing since 1975.
Over the last 45 years, Marion Street has developed maintenance issues that make it more cost effective to move the current residents. As a result, we are no longer filling empty units at Marion Street and will begin to move the remaining residents in Spring of this year.
Below is a timeline of action steps Columbia Housing has taken to date regarding Marion Street and a timeline regarding next steps for current residents of the community and disposition of the property.

2020: - August 24, 2020: Resident Executive Council Meeting (update on Marion Street Disposition)
- August 17, 2020: Marion Street Meeting with Residents (Socially Distanced Door-to-Door)
- February 25, 2020: Resident Executive Council Meeting (update on Marion Street Disposition)
- February 13, 2020: Received results of Comprehensive Needs Assessment
