In her role as Chief Operating Officer of Columbia Housing, Mrs. Bean is responsible for day-to-day operations of all the programs of the agency. She will work closely with Mathews and the Columbia Housing leadership team to maximize operational efficiencies that are resident-focused and HUD-compliant.
"We are looking forward to the energy and talent Mrs. Bean brings to Columbia Housing," says Mathews. "Her experience in successfully developing, implementing, and overseeing resident-centered programs goes hand-in-hand with our organizational philosophy and strategy to build a winning team that will improve service delivery to residents; create a climate of transparency and accountability; and increase community confidence," concludes Mathews.
