Wait List to Open Soon for Oak Terrace

Columbia Housing will accept applications for the Project Based senior units at Oak Terrace from 8:00 am Wednesday, June 5, 2024 until 5:00 pm on Friday, June 7, 2024.

Eligible applicants will be at least 62 years of age and meet eligibility requirements for a 1 bedroom unit.

Applications will only be available via the internet and will only be accepted digitally.
