2020-2021 Annual Plan Now Available!

The Housing Authority of the City of Columbia and the Housing Authority of the City of Cayce have completed their Comprehensive Agency Plans for 2020-2021 and 5-Year Strategic Plans for 2021-2025.

The Plans may be accessed at the following locations:

Columbia Housing's Central Office located at 1917 Harden Street, Columbia, S.C., 29204 or online using the following link:

The Plans will be available for a 45-day public comment period beginning February 24, 2020.

A public hearing to review the Columbia plan will be held on Wednesday, April 8. 2020 at 5:30 p.m. at the Cecil Tillis Center located at 2111 Simpkins Lane, Columbia, S.C., 29204.

A public hearing to review the Cayce plan will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. at Cayce City Hall.
