Mungo Construction & Columbia Housing to Host Follow-Up Virtual Workshop for Women-owned, Minority-owned, Small Business Enterprises (W/M/SBE) for New $60M Development

Columbia Housing, Mungo Construction, and UrbanMatters Development Partners estimates it will break ground in April 2021 on a new community--The Oaks at St. Anna's Park. The new development is located across from Providence Hospital at Forest Drive and Millwood Avenue in Columbia, SC which is the former Gonzales Gardens public housing site. It will incorporate 285 affordably priced residential rental units in a new mixed income living environment. Mungo Construction is serving as builder for the development.

To encourage diversity participation in the project, a virtual workshop was held in November, this session is a follow-up and will answer any questions you may have regarding the bid process.
