When Congress returns to Washington next week, they have a short period of time to deal with several major legislative issues: Americans continue to struggle without additional COVID-19 relief and the fiscal year ends on September 30, 2020.

The House approved its FY 2021 Transportation-HUD bill in July, but the Senate has yet to begin any appropriations work. Tell Congress and the White House to finalize Transportation-HUD spending immediately.
